Measure the height and width of your chair back; If the bike desk chair has a thickness of the back, divide it in half, and the width of the measurement as well. Add 1 inch to your height and width, and then cut two pieces of home furnishing fabrics to match these measurements. Open the bottom of each piece of fabric with a quarter inch to failure or the back pressure and, then again with a different one quarter inch, and press again. Use straight pins to hold the hem in place, and sew along the bottom edge with a straight stitch.

Place the two pieces of fabric together with the right sides together; lining the bottom edge you just hemmed. Sew a straight seam around the top and sides of the bits leaving the lower edge opened completely. Place the straight seam about a half inch from the edges of the fabric. Clip the corners of the fabric at the top, outside your sewing line, so you do not cut yourself seams. Turn the fabric pocket, you just made the right side out and slide down the back of your bike desk chair.
